Zach is a seasoned people developer. Early in his career, he operated an agricultural business which he was able to grow x3 while improving on several safety initiatives.

Zach has a masters degree and focused his thesis on the benefits of a hybrid leadership model to encourage positive growth for the team they lead. He then joined HOGE Finance a few weeks after launch and began putting his thesis to work in connecting people with similar skill sets to one another for increased collaboration and efficiency.
